Activities and Projects

  • Responsible for Fund Raising-Marketing, Press Office, Events/sensitisation actions.
  • Managing the MSF Italy communication and fundrasing departments
  • Definition, managing of a five years plan of action
  • Definition, managing of the Communication budget (4million euros) and reporting
  • Reaorganising the communication and fundraising departments in order to acheive the objectives defined in the five years projection plan
  • Defining and setting the communication strategies in order to inform and sensitize the Italian public about the values and actions of MSF
  • Defining and setting the fundraising strategies to raise private funds in the Italian market (40million euros)
  • Defining and implementing communication strategies for the operational projects managed by MSF Italy (Iraq, Colombia, Ethiopia, Haiti, Brazil and Italy)
  • Ensuring that the communication campaigns developed by MSF Italy are coherent with the messages of the MSF international movement
  • Increasing MSF visibility on the Italian media; defining public events in order to create awareness on specific topics such as malnutrition, AIDS, forgotten humanitarian crisis
  • Setting an emergency communication plan in order to be ready to face humanitarian emergencies from a fundraising and a communication perspective.
